" Laurens, the two therapists assigned to work with us at the NCSHA conference in Boston must be the most professional in the business. Even though we only had a standard size exhibit area, it was almost like our clients were entering a private spa. Both therapists took pains to not only introduce themselves to each client, but to also ask the "massagee's" name, which immediately made our clients feel less awkward about having a "public" massage. They spoke softly and soothingly to patrons and really helped them to relax- This also had an effect on the rest of us manning the booth - we all began speaking and acting in a more comforting, receptive manner.  Usually these are loud, commotion-filled areas; but when clients entered our booth area; they were treated to I0 luxurious moments of pure solitude and relaxation! Truly - most of our clients were rising with a "Where the heck am I?" look on their faces! EVERYONE commented on how great they were made to feel. We have used BodyWorks before - and most definitely will again - but these two therapists are, in our opinion, the BEST!  As if their extraordinary talents weren't enough to rave over, they even pitched in and did a little booth duty, if our folks were busy elsewhere. This was time that they could have used to take a break to relax themselves for a moment, but instead, they made sure that no client was ignored and that the booth area looked its best at all times. Unbelievable! As I mentioned, exhibit areas are not spacious and are generally noisy, but your staff certainly made our clients feel - at least for a little while - as if they had been transported to a resort! AND, they made us very proud to be offering this service to our clients.

Our San Francisco clients were treated to the same great services at the NALHFA conference! Again, the two therapists were the best! They engaged our clients in conversation, made sure that folks were made to feel welcome the moment they walked towards our exhibit area. It can be a little awkward for some people to ask for a massage, but the two therapists greeting everyone in a welcoming fashion dispelled any sense of unease that they might have momentarily experienced.

Laurens, these conferences are always hectic and I have always worried about the services or "giveaways" that we offer at our booth - it's a very competitive arena, Since we've been using BodyWorks' services, this is no longer something I have to spend a moment of stress over - (NOW that we are the most popular booth in the conference hall. Our clients (and potential clients!) all remember our company as the one who made them feel great! Your staff is ALWAYS on time, ALWAYS personable and ALWAYS the best in the business - regardless of our location! You amaze me with your abilities to find such quality people nationwide!
